AHEM. So basically, Bachira is a cupid undercover. With his cupid bow and love arrows, he makes countless chronicles of Love. Unpredictably, he pairs the younger Itoshi with Hiori. It was too late when he realized that he shot the love arrows towards the wrong targets, and he has no one to blame but himself. But was he really the one to blame? He didn't intend to cause such racket. Not to mention, Rin might be actually taking Bachira's work for granted..
