A world of his own, trapped in his own mind. its been 4 years since Sunny almost became a murderer. hiding in his own home hasn't made his life any better, but when Kel knocks on his door one day, is life finally worth experiencing again, or should he just ignore everything and give up? What if, an ambulance had gotten there in time and paramedics helped Mari live, even if it meant she goes into a coma? At the End of the Week - {Suntan}
!!This fanfic has MAJOR spoilers from Omori!! Kel is entering high school again with his friends. As little time goes on, the feelings he had for Sunny when they were younger had suddenly returned. How will he deal with these feeling? Things that should be kept in mind: This takes place in the point of view of Kel (So it is 1st person POV), this is a modernized alternative of the main story, and these events are taking place after Mari's death in the real world. Warning: there's a bunch of swears, jokes, timeline mistakes, and spelling/gramatical errors. This story is mainly just me having a good time since I usually prefer making one-shots, but I love and appreciate everyone who reads and enjoys this too!

Forward: After Omori [DISCONTINUED]
I'm discontinuing this because I'm rewriting this, since it's badly written and I just wanna add things that I can't in this version. Basically what I imagine happens after OMORI. Sunny had told everyone the truth, and now he's seen as being a murderer. Kel is the only one who believes Sunny, and has to figure out how to prove to Aubrey and Hero that Sunny is innocent. Meanwhile, Omori is alive but trapped in the place in Sunny's mind where forgotten memories go, and with each memory he sees he begins to question who he is and if he is still needed. Little does he know, Headspace is in ruin and the only way to save it is to reset it, which only Omori can do. The only problem: Only the Dreamer can bring Omori back. But will the Dreamer even want Omori to return after everything he's done? And if that isn't enough, someone from the past is returning, with only one thing on their mind: revenge. So yeah. This is the first time I've ever written anything this long, but I love OMORI and wanted to write this, because there's TOO MANY questions in the end. So please bear with me. Just so you know, I ship Suntan, so this will have Suntan in it. But even if you don't ship Suntan I hope you still read and enjoy it. One last thing: I got the idea for this after reading Omori: What Comes After by @EpsilonofExcellence so there will be some similarities, but the story is mostly mine. OMORI spoilers because obvs. I do not own OMORI or the characters. They all belong to OMOCAT. I also did not create the cover art, I have no idea who it belongs to.

But the truth has a way of coming clear. After his deadly battle with his own creation OMORI Sunny realizes the truth cannot be hidden any longer. Will His Friends and Even Aubrey, a former friend whom he had a crush on for 6 years forgive him? Or will OMORI's Prediction become true and will he be truly abandoned??? Only Time will tell. (My first attempt at an Omori fanfic I hope you like it!) This book is an opposite au, meaning that the character's personalities will be the opposite of their canon ver. For example, Sunny in this book is eccentric and outgoing while in the game he's quiet and keeps to himself. Just adding this because a lot of people are confused about why the characters are awful to each other and "OOC" lol. (I don't blame them) I'm writing this for 𝗳𝘂𝗻 and ideas are taken from my roleplays with my friends. 20th July - OMORI.
this story takes place 1 year after Sunny told the truth to everyone at the hospital. still unable to forgive himself for Mari's death, Sunny and his friends are still together, and "happy". Sunny started dating with Kel some weeks after he got out of the hospital. everyone hangs out almost every time, sharing amazing new memories together each days. Sunny also seems so happy to be with his friends once again, but on the other side... Sunny is unable to forgive himself. he's unable to accept Mari's death, and his depression grows worse, his thoughts getting darker and darker, his health free falling, but hides all of this by his normal quiet attitude each day. he wants to enjoy his moments with Kel and his friends, and he doesn't want any of them to know what's going on with him. how long will Sunny be able to keep the act, how long will he last before breaking down completely ? ANGST, MYSTERIES, ACTIONS, HORRORS, IS WHAT AWAIT YOU IN: 20th JULY.
