Till death do us part

Amelia West is just your normal seventeen year old. Her family lives on the coast of a small town in North Carolina. Most of Amelia's life she has been known as the quiet girl in school.

Vicksburg High is a private school filled with both boys and girls. One boy in particular, Hayden Brooks, has eyes for Amelia. Her father works for Hayden's family company, which is the largest in the state. Hayden's family is not like Amelia's. The amount of money they have coming out their ears baffles her. They show it too, by wearing designer clothes and driving fast cars.

For almost fifty years, divorce has been terminated. Once married, you may never leave the person you vow yourself too. If you do, you will die. An unbreakable vow is placed upon the two wed.
Amelia is afraid of marriage, because of the chance she may marry someone she doesn't really love. When Hayden Brooks shows interest in her and wants to marry her, she will have to make the biggest decision of all. Love and marriage. Or life and death.
