The Bubble Virus (mlp infection au)

In the land of Equestria, everyone was seemingly happy and free. That was until the bubble virus broke out. No one was safe and there was no escape from this gruesome and slow burning virus. As the virus continued, Tree-hugger and Fluttershy begin to hunt for a cure. Will they make it out alive or will they become infected along with the rest of Equestria?
