In a dystopian future the unlucky are brought back from the dead to compete in the deadly labyrinth for a chance at redemption. The Game of Ash and Bone rarely has a good outcome, with most contestants falling to fellow players, or the monsters that roam the labyrinth, a live streamed spectacle for the New Order's elite. 
Cosmo Nyx comes back to life with no memory of who killed him, but that shouldn't matter considering he's about to fight to the death in a game that he suspects has long since been rigged. Can he trust his fellow contestants long enough to get out alive? And will his own dark past somehow interfere with his chaotic present?
