"You know I can't hate you. No matter what you do I somehow can't hate you, be angry at you. I can't be mad at you for being right, I can't be made at you for warning me, hell I can't even be mad at you for MAKING my life hell, why can't I hate you?" I rambled as I looked at her my eyes holding confusion as she looked at me.

"I'm sorry I'm hard to hate." She said calmly as she looked at me.

When all hope is lost, what can one do? What happens when someone you love changes and becomes the person you most fear? Do you hide? Do you speak up? Do you fall in line? Do you give up, lose yourself, and hope for the inevitable? ~ Parker Avery is a creative teacher and artist striving to find happiness by starting over in a new city. Her past is filled with lies, abuse, betrayal, and torture; she's attempting to find herself again. Bailey Adams is a kind, artistic college student endeavoring to survive the abuse she endures daily from her girlfriend. She never expected her life to turn out this way, and she's slowly losing herself. ~ What happens when Parker and Bailey's paths cross? Will these two let their walls down enough to open up and trust someone after all that they have been through? I was awakened by a buzz, but I don't want to get up, instead I lay still on my bed and about to dream again when I heard a THUD, I flinched at the sound. It's Saturday so I'm not expecting anyone at this early in the morning. I'm not a morning person, I am now annoyed to whoever it is. "Coming!" I yelled and started walking which took me sometime because I literally took my time, don't blame me I'm still sleepy, I opened the door to see a very beautiful woman, she has long wavy hair, thick eyelashes and pink pout lips and lastly... a body to die for. I frowned when I realized a high-school student? I can say because she's wearing a uniform. What is a beautiful high-school girl doing here knocking at my door? I asked mentally. I was about to ask her when she suddenly slipped inside my condo and sit on the couch cozily, I crossed my arms and face her still frowning. "Miss what are you doing here? What do you need?" I asked her curiously. She looked at me and smiled, a smile that can make men drool, but I'm not because I'm still annoyed. "I am your girlfriend" she said sweetly, my eyes widened in shock, I know I'm drunk last night but I don't remember having a girlfriend. I was about to say something when she stood up and face me leaning so much closer that were inches apart. "You wished for me, last night on the internet" oh crap! Now I remember! I was browsing the net when a certain ad captures my attention. "But I wished for a BOYFRIEND! Not a Girlfriend!!?" How do you handle a situation where there's NO REFUND and NO EXCHANGE? "Seriously? You really thought I would accept you? I'm way too out of your league, retreat from talking to me and don't come near me, you're a vampire" She returned to being the killer eyed girl that I first met in an instant. Said by the most beautiful girl I've ever seen in my entire life, a goddess that I don't know why chose to stay in this messy earth. And she rejected me, well why would a perfect girl like her accept me right? but at least I tried than do nothing at all and regret it forever. "Bu...but I'm not a vampire!" I exclaimed in frustration. Seriously? That's the reason why she rejected me? I asked myself. That's the most ridiculous thing that I ever heard as an excuse for rejecting someone. "Well, you do look like one and I hate vamps" she argued before rolling her beautiful eyes at me. I want to argue but she didn't give me the chance by walking away, leaving me astounded.
