Infodump but Better (Aka How not to lose plot timeline)

Have you ever seen a fanfic where you wished to not go place to place for knowing X even in the past or how many soldiers the country has? well this is the place to be.

This is not a Infodump where your forced to read, just a place where if you are confused why X person is doing this, then you have a quick way of finding that out.

I know it's not a great thing, but hey, better than having that in the story itself lol
