Nicholas Carter was a man of reason and logic.When he found himself investigating a case of vampires in the middle of England he questioned things.Not the existence of supernatural but the existence of the brain in people's head.

Chasing a  (what he believes is a)nonexistent mythical being,at the verge of being kicked out of his inheritance, with a high chance of losing his job his life was a total mess.

But that didn't stop him from falling in love with an Indian princess with suspicious upbringing and even more suspicious inheritance. 

As he gets entangled with her he finds that all his problems were related with her.but in what way?
