13 year old Evelyn Meester (daughter of Leighton Meester) is a well known actress and is dearly loved by all of Hollywood due to multiple jobs she had previously done. But, she never had many friends to go to and be excited, or just be a kid. That was however, until her best friend Momona Tamada introduced her to Walker Scobell and they form a large friendgroup who all have fun, mess around and be kids with.
