When I was young, I was always told that everyone loved a tragic Greek love story. Orpheus and Eurydice. Apollo and Hyacinth. Hero and Leander. Achilles and Patroclus. I had asked my mother why so many of those stories didn't have happy endings. She just gave me a grim smile and told me how the world of the gods was tricky. There was a lot about it that I didn't understand yet. That was 13 years ago.
I think I understand it now.

This is going to be for teenage-young adult audiences. The people who say Percabeth as the ship name. Not that other ship name that sounds... not it. The OG Percy Jackson is amazing but I'd like to see it as a darker version. I want to try to recreate it. it will be a slow burn because i'm keeping them the same ages Keep in mind they won't hate the gods right away I had this story idea a long time ago before the show. so my character descriptions are going to be like the books because of messy rough drafts. i absolutely love the tv show cast and so if you want to imagine my books as them that's perfectly fine cause i picture Clarisse as in the show lol so it works.Complete
