Summary 
A New Year Dawns over the Salvatore  Boarding School with Malivore finally defeated Hope's last year develops with a new sense of hope under the guidance of Headmistress Caroline Forbes making recruitments around the country but when Hope meets  a handsome young man from Mystic Falls High he is targeted by a mysterious cult that will stop at nothing till they use his blood for a ritual Grayson Salvatore son of Damon and Elena Salvatore is now caught in the middle of a new brewing war between good and evil....what this ritual? And why do they need Grayson's blood?All Rights Reserved

Alaric tries to get Sherriff Mac back. MG and Lizzie relationship is complicated. Kaleb is being distant from Jed after finding out about him and Alyssa for MG is his Bro. Kaleb is stuck in a love triangle between Jed and Alyssa. Meanwhile Josie gets closer to Flinch at mystic falls high and wonders if she is doing the right thing.
