"Do you always look at people that way?" I bounced off a little, startled at the sudden deep, feminine voice, ruining the silence penetrating in my mind. I looked up to face the person, only to be greeted again with the same blue eyes that looked at me earlier, like she knew me more than anyone else. Suddenly, my heart began pounding.

"Uh, excuse me? I might have missed your point?" I replied, still looking at her. A smirk showed off her face, and for a moment, I took the time to observe her face closely. The blonde was beautiful-even beautiful with her face just inches away.

"Look at people like you wanna undress them or something," she chuckled. Light and mellow. Like her eyes, her voice was a calm ocean wave, tempting to console anyone who would come across her. I blinked once again before letting out a laugh as well.

"Are you... lost?" Someone asked, her tone impatient. I stopped scanning the room to find the woman behind the voice. I blinked. She had the most luminous blue eyes I had ever seen. Even in the dim glow of the bar they glowed brightly, like her pupils were some type of smooth stone at the bottom of a clear blue ocean. Within her blue there flickered tiny speckles of silver, which gave her an icy, somewhat stony appeal. But it was her slight, lopsided smile that erased any signs of wanting to be alone. No wonder this bar was so popular. "Uh, no," I said, holding up the Help Wanted sign I had snagged from the front window. The woman's cool eyes flickered between the sign and me. She didn't say anything, only looked slightly thoughtful as slender fingers raked through her long blonde hair. "What can you do?" She finally asked, definitely not expecting me to be able to do much of anything at all. She'd be right. "Anything and everything," I answered-lied-instantly, hoping I didn't look too desperate, didn't sound too eager. To be perfectly honest, I hadn't worked a day in my life. My hands were used to weekly manicures not hard labor. But desperate times call for desperate measures. The blonde appeared thoughtful again. Those magnificent eyes gave me a once over, slow and steady. You could see the cogs turning in her head as she considered it. I decided to try and sound more convincing. "I have many skills," I added. Okay, so I stole that from Xena, but I was hoping it worked as well for me as it did for her. The blonde lifted a sculpted brow and the smile was, once again, back on her lips. She seemed amused. Maybe she was a Xena fan? "Alright... I'll start you off cleaning the bathrooms, sweeping the floors, doing the dishes..." Crap.

'' Are you always such a flirt or are you just deciding to give me extra attention today. " I told him looking at his eyes, which became more intense while we were there. '' Well, that depends are you going to stop giving me so much attitude or am I just being extra nice. " He says with amusement when he dances on his tone and looks at me. '' Dick '' I muttered under my breath walking away from him back towards the elevator doors '' What was that darling, I couldn't hear you try talking a bit louder for me. " He said that he stood next to me, pressing the elevator button. August 𝚂𝚑𝚎 𝚠𝚊𝚜 𝚊𝚕𝚕 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝚋𝚎𝚊𝚞𝚝𝚢 𝚒 𝚗𝚎𝚎𝚍𝚎𝚍 𝚝𝚑𝚊𝚝 𝙸 𝚌𝚘𝚞𝚕𝚍𝚗𝚝 𝚏𝚒𝚗𝚍 𝚒𝚗 𝚝𝚑𝚒𝚜 𝚌𝚛𝚞𝚎𝚕 𝚠𝚘𝚛𝚕𝚍. ♡ She is fire,He is ice and one glimpse of her ignites his cold stone eyes. The heat of her body melts the frozen parts of his heart. He walks through flames, just to feel her warmth. - by Christy Ann Martine ⚊ He had a towel draped around his neck, and all he wore were sweatpants that hung low on his hips. Oh. My mouth went dry. He ran a hand through his wet hair, shaking off a few droplets before his dark eyes found mine. A slow, knowing smile curved his lips. "You're staring, wifey." His voice was low, teasing, but there was something in his gaze that made my pulse spike. I quickly looked away, pretending to adjust my bangles. "No, I wasn't." He chuckled, walking toward me. __ I hadn't slept. Not even for a second. How could I, when she was right here in my arms? All night, I had watched her-watched the way she shifted in her sleep, how her body instinctively sought warmth even as her mind hesitated. Her brows furrowed at times, lips parting as if whispering secrets to the night. And then, just before dawn, she finally settled... in my arms. She fit here. Right here. I wasn't sure when it happened, but I had memorized everything about her-the way her lashes fluttered before she woke up, the tiny crease between her brows when she was lost in thought, the way she hugged herself when she thought no one was watching. Her breathing evened out, her face losing the tension it always carried. A soft sigh escaped her lips as she finally surrendered to rest, her body pressing closer into mine. God, she was beautiful.

I was awakened by a buzz, but I don't want to get up, instead I lay still on my bed and about to dream again when I heard a THUD, I flinched at the sound. It's Saturday so I'm not expecting anyone at this early in the morning. I'm not a morning person, I am now annoyed to whoever it is. "Coming!" I yelled and started walking which took me sometime because I literally took my time, don't blame me I'm still sleepy, I opened the door to see a very beautiful woman, she has long wavy hair, thick eyelashes and pink pout lips and lastly... a body to die for. I frowned when I realized a high-school student? I can say because she's wearing a uniform. What is a beautiful high-school girl doing here knocking at my door? I asked mentally. I was about to ask her when she suddenly slipped inside my condo and sit on the couch cozily, I crossed my arms and face her still frowning. "Miss what are you doing here? What do you need?" I asked her curiously. She looked at me and smiled, a smile that can make men drool, but I'm not because I'm still annoyed. "I am your girlfriend" she said sweetly, my eyes widened in shock, I know I'm drunk last night but I don't remember having a girlfriend. I was about to say something when she stood up and face me leaning so much closer that were inches apart. "You wished for me, last night on the internet" oh crap! Now I remember! I was browsing the net when a certain ad captures my attention. "But I wished for a BOYFRIEND! Not a Girlfriend!!?" How do you handle a situation where there's NO REFUND and NO EXCHANGE? Born to be lovers Forced to be strangers "This isn't right... Lou, we're both girls," I whispered as Lou's soft hand caressed my skin. "Then why does it feel so good?" she murmured, nipping at my skin and kissing my neck. Her breath was warm against my neck, sending shivers down my spine. I tried to pull away, but the magnetic pull between us was undeniable. Her hands moved with a gentle insistence, her fingers tracing delicate patterns on my skin. "We shouldn't..." I began, but the words died in my throat as her lips found mine. The kiss was soft at first, exploratory, but quickly deepened with a hunger that mirrored my own. "Stop thinking," Lou whispered against my lips. "Just let me love you for the both of us." Her hands slid under my shirt, and I couldn't suppress the gasp that escaped me. In that moment, all my doubts melted away. There was no right or wrong, only me and her. Just us. ON HOLD FOR NOW !!𝐒𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐮𝐩𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬!!
