Alaistar was hated- hated by many; He's known as someone cruel, someone who's cruel enough to kill an entire kingdom, a kingdom filled with familys, loved ones and children. He killed anyone who stand by him and the kingdom. He didn't want to kill for no reason but he was afraid of getting killed. He learned all sorts swordsmanship and even has a great influence within the court. Even though he was a Duke he was truly a suitable candidate for the position of a King, but he hated it; he hated seeing himself be a king, he didn't want the power nor the money. He didn't want anything to change- he doesn't like change. He liked his life. Even though he didn't know how to love or to feel the warmth of being loved. He believed that as long as he didn't let himself get distracted then he was sure of it, he was sure that he'll eventually stop obeying the Kings orders.

Serene Ivy Astorboüvn is from a rich aristocrat family and is born with money. Her lady, the late countess died while giving birth to her. Her father, the count was devastated and started neglecting his daughter. The feeling he felt when Serene was born was pure disgust. just by the mere fact that his dear wife died for a daughter who isn't capable of defending herself. She hated herself because she 𝒊𝒔 the reason why her dear mother is dead. She didn't dwell that much of it tho, because she knew she was loved before she was born. She knew that, she knew how much she meant to him and the late Duke of Astorboüvn. Tho, the late Count hated her, she knew that he was still mourning.
Her stepbrother could not give a f*ck about his father. He didn't care or hated him, he just don't give a f*ck.
