Remus Lupin had, once again, found himself on the Hogwarts express, in the very same compartment he and his friends would sit in all those years ago. Only, the difference this time was, it wasn't them in the compartment anymore, it was their children. Remus saw much of themselves in these kids. Atlas being the outcast, Rose being top of her year, competing with another for top spot, Harry having a knack for trouble. It was almost like Remus had been revived in his Padfoot's son, and Lily and James continued to live on in their children.
But, what now? The love of his life has been imprisoned, and his child had no idea who his father's lover used to be. How was he going to approach them without being reminded of his own time in this school?
I guess we'll have to read to find out.

This story is a canon compliant Marauders story, post Wizarding War I. In this story, I have introduced two new characters; Rose Potter, Daughter of Lily and James Potter, twin sister to Harry Potter, and Atlas Black, son to Marlene Mckinnon and Sirius Black. However, Wolfstar is still going to be part of the cannon of this book. I am also going to have some amount of compliance with "All the Young Dudes" by MsKingBean89. This story will start off in 1993, and navigate through the turmoils of the children of the marauders and the marauders themselves

June Potter is about to start her second year at Hogwarts. All the young girl hopes is that I'd be uneventful. In Harry's and her's last few weeks at the Dursleys, Harry blows up Aunt Marge. They end up running away and find themselves on the Night Bus. That bus takes them to Diagon Alley, a place for witches and wizards and students that are needing to buy school supplies. There June meets a rather large stray dog, she befriends that kind dog, then leaves for the train back to school. On the train, June, James, Lizzie, and Megan sat in a compartment chatting as normal. After the friends exchange a few words the compartment door slides open the tiniest of bits. A boy with brown hair and shocking blue eyes asked if he and his sister could sit with them. June agrees and they enter the compartment. They introduced themselves as Justin and Thea, twins, and both Ravenclaws. June's hopes of an uneventful year die after the train ride leads to Dementors searching the train for an escaped murderous prisoner. Shortly after arriving at school, the students learn that the soul-sucking creatures from the train had been placed outside and around the school's perimeters in case the escapee tries to enter the school grounds. Soon June learns of her Defence Against the Dark Arts professor, Remus Lupin is a werewolf. And that he knew both her parents. Later the young girl learns that the friendly shaggy-haired dog is the escaped prisoner? And that he was Harry's godfather? All that's certain is that this school year will not be uneventful. I figured I'd never be able to share it because the story doesn't run smoothly, but when I opened the document today and saw that I'd written over 170,000 words, I knew that I needed to comb through it and find the individual stories within. Marauders AU Romance
This story is based on JK Rowling's characters from the series Harry Potter. I have done my best to be accurate with both timelines and character portrayals, but of course there will be some changes since this is an alternate universe with some original characters inserted, plus, there is only so much written about the marauder's era. The story takes place in the year 1976, the boys are all in their sixth year, and tensions are high at Hogwarts. Many of the students are already feeling the influence of the Voldemort, and it is causing suspicion and division to run rampant within the walls of the school. Sirius finds himself intrigued by a Slytherin girl he'd never taken the time to notice before, and a student transfer from Ilvermorny has caught the eye of Remus. Of course James is still battling for Lilly's attention, hoping to prove how much he's matured over the summer months. Undeniable attraction pulls these students together, but house division, many secrets, and a Dark Lord's growing influence threatens to tear them apart. Will they find a way to conquer their differences and pull together to face the coming war, or will the bonds of friendship fail the Marauders once and for all? Please comment!
