Mando needs a guide to the Madlands, she needs a ride that can keep her one step ahead of the Ministry.
------
Set after The Mandalorian season two: Searching for his lost Tribe, Mando has followed hints of a trail all the way to the Madlands - a distant and notoriously difficult corner of the galaxy. Between the ever-shifting spatial anomalies and the sector's primary syndicate, he'll need a guide. The information trader that he takes aboard the Razor Crest can certainly help in his search, if they can both stay ahead of the growing trouble she seems to have gotten herself into.
------
Thank you for taking a look at my story - a plot-rich slow-burn with (what I feel are) rewarding pay-offs, plus some fun and adventure along the way!
------
Here's a sample paragraph (spoiler-alert!):
"Mando settled back into the pilot's seat while Grey took her spot and dragged a datapad onto her lap. When he looked back a few minutes later, she was fast asleep.
He sighed, stood, and came to move the screen out of her limp hands. As he carefully pulled it away, the signet caught his attention. She was still wearing it, perhaps hadn't once taken it off. Her cloak was unclasped, and the pendant sat half on the skin of her sternum, half on the soft fabric of her tank as it swelled over her breasts.
Having the metal wrought into the shape of his Mudhorn had probably been a level of detail beyond what the ruse required. But he hadn't wanted to give her someone else's mark, or even something more general. Staring at it as it rose and fell with each of her breaths, Mando felt the surge of an emotion that he knew had no place to go."

Notes:
• Diverges from in-show plot points beginning with the Book of Boba Fett
• Canon-compliant, with one ship-sized exception: the Razor Crest was not destroyed (because, Razor Crest)
• Beyond Mando himself, mostly original characters + all original narrative, worlds, etc.
• Plot-rich slow-burn
• Rating: M - Mild Violence & Smut

Greek Tragedy // Anakin Skywalker by revengeofthedick
12 parts Ongoing Mature
The Clone Wars raged across the galaxy bringing terror and destruction. Anakin Skywalker is an arrogant, stubborn, Jedi. Addison Avery is his feisty, just as argumentative counterpart. Both recovering from tainted pasts, pairing up the worst Jedi Knight with the best Knight seems like the worst decision ever right? Well, you're right. It was. Greek Tragedy ~ a play in which the protagonist, usually a person of importance and outstanding personal qualities, falls to disaster through the combination of a personal failing and circumstances with which he or she cannot deal ~ Anakin's jaw clenched at the jab, but he kept his focus. "And I'm not the with a false sense of pride--charity case." The tension between Addy and Anakin was a tangible force in the monastery's dark corridor. "A charity case? That's really what you think I am?" Addy's voice was a venomous whisper, her anger barely contained. "You know nothing of my past, you arrogant fool." Anakin's chest brushed against her back, catching up to her pace. "And I'd like to know nothing of it." His words sliced through her like a saber stab. The girl whipped around, shoving her saber at his neck. It hummed, the blue glow illuminating the generals ethereal features in the dark corridor. "Just stay out of my fucking way, General Skywalker." His brows furrowed, a frown slowly forming on his lips. Their eyes locked. With a light wave of his hand, he force pushed the girl against the wall. Her saber fell, the blade disengaging on the ground. Anakin slowly walked up, his blue eyes looking like obsidian in the shadows. Standing over her, Skywalker grabbed her neck with his mechanical hand. His touch was cold despite the glove covering the robotic forearm. His grip tightened, and she let out a soft gasp. Skywalker's saber ignited, and held it directly at her throat. His breath hit the tip of her nose as she squirmed under his touch, "Do not ever, disrespect me. Commander Avery." SLOW BURN!!!!
Broken Codes by LeeraIvy
46 parts Complete
Lesia Mirri never wanted to be a Jedi. The rules of the Code didn't sit well with her restless spirit. Lesia resisted their teachings and attempted to close herself off from the Force. In a final attempt to teach her, the Jedi Council assigned her to Master Ki Adi Mundi. During the final months of the Clone Wars, Lesia found herself growing close to her master and she became more open to what he had to say. When the Purge disrupted life as she had known it, Lesia was thrown headfirst into a lawless galaxy. Armed only with the little knowledge she'd bothered to learn, Lesia struggles to make a way for herself. Once, she had shunned the Jedi. Now, the galaxy needs them, needs her, more than ever. The way of the Mandalore is not an easy path to follow, but it is all Nakoa Sen has ever known. As a child, he found himself being raised by a Mandalorian covert, one of the first who called themselves Children of the Watch. Nakoa later chose to venture into the galaxy as a bounty hunter, to provide for his new Clan. He stumbles across Lesia Mirri and eventually recruits her help for a mission. He quickly learns that while he devoutly follows his code, there are others who abhor rules of any kind. Nakoa soon finds himself wondering if he truly knows what path he wants to follow, and if he can actually break the code that his people hold so dear. Warning This book, while being a work of fiction, still contains real elements and deals with the subject of war. There may be chapters that deal with death, suicide, slight gore, etc. (Canon characters as well as planets within the Star Wars universe are not created by me. I only take credit for my original characters and this story.) Against the Odds by ItsEasyBreezy

Vella Delaba had been raised as a peacekeeper, a knight. But by necessity, she'd become a warrior and had fought in many wars. She'd been a padawan in the Clone Wars and had joined in the battle against the tyrannical Empire. But no matter how many fights she came back from, she was never prepared for what she'd lose. The Jedi had been slandered, their once loved name became mud beneath a blurrgs feet. She had fought battles civilians couldn't and was now branded a traitor. Her past haunted her. The Jedi haunted her. The Force haunted her. But no matter how much she ran, it always caught up. The Galactic Republic was long gone, the Jedi were dead, even the Empire had been defeated. She'd lived through all of it, all because she'd ignored and hidden one of the most important things about her. The war was over, the Rebellion had won, the Empire was gone. So why was she still struggling to find where she fit in the mix of it? She was a Jedi. Where did a Jedi fit into a galaxy that hadn't seen one for nearly thirty years?
