Brighteyes has lived in Sanctuary since it was founded, and new dragons come in every day to find a place to live. The more dragons that come in, the more libraries, hospitals, and schools pop up. However, this utopia-like town may have some secrets hidden within its walls... it isn't until Brighteyes runs into a fidgety NightWing that she discovers an odd crumpled up note that makes her fearful of waht bad things might happen, not only to her little town, but all of Pyrrhia.
 Follow Brighteyes as she encounters an IceWing named Winter, who shares her interest in scavengers and just might be able to help her reverse the cryptic Prophecy.
