The person you love most just killed the kid you held so closely to you and how do you even begin to comprehend how crazy it is.
You can't, because your too busy facing the scorch with your mothers organisation chasing after you.

(This is the 2nd part to my other story "The Maze trials: A Gally Fanfiction". This will cover the events of the scorch trails and the death cure.) --- Emi, her twin brother Thomas, and a small group of gladers had been rescued and taken to a safe haven. Or so it seemed.
