Basically me throwing here whatever comes to my mind. Error is short, not because I said so, but because it's canon. In some chapters ships are directly shown, while in others they're not. The Missing Piece (Discontinued) by Jack_Wukong

This story starts just over 500 years before the Journey To The West (JTTW), and it has a new character called Kai, who is a mystic monkey with white fur and black eyes with red pupils. Kai came to be in a different way than Sun Wukong and The Six-Eared Macaque. In fact, he was made by both of them merging their powers, and if you imagine Wukong being the Sun and Macaque being the Moon, then you could say Kai is the Eclipse. In the timeline, Kai is about 700 years old and lives on Flower Fruit Moumtain (FFM) Some stuff happened in the past that will be explained later in the story, but it greatly impacted Kai himself along with his and Macaques' relationship.
