We all have many unanswered 'whys' in our lives. Some remain elusive, while others repeat themselves or find resolution. Personally, I tend to overthink things. Every little detail can send me spiraling into an emotional state. I've made plenty of regrettable choices, both because I shouldn't have acted and because I couldn't explain myself afterward. I'm not even sure why I'm writing this. It just occurred to me while I was in the restroom, a sudden urge to put my thoughts down. So, here I am, impulsively sharing all the details, the who's, why's, what's, and if's inside my head.
