Screams of despair, tears of pain and begging for release I've heard that all the time over the last few years but after a while you get used to it, it all bounces off you as if you had turned it off. To others it sounds like a bad joke , a nightmare but that is my reality for at least the last three years, two hundred four thirty days and four hours and two and thirty minutes every second I have counted until I escape this hell.
