Roommates

Opal Scott is your regular 23-year-old who has no idea how she wants her life to be. She was quite popular in high school but turns out that's not very helpful in the real world. When her parents suddenly decide they want to move to Florida in a week she turns to her childhood friend, Kai, for support.

Kai Sinclair graduated high school at an early age, he knew exactly what he wanted to do with his life and that's exactly what he did. He graduated high school at 16, attended a 4-year computer engineering college, and has been working for the past 3 years as a computer engineer. He was top in his class and has been top in his company, to say he's well off is an understatement. With more space than he needs, when he gets a call from his middle school crush asking for a place to stay, of course, he agrees.

Lilly Peterson has been friends with both Kai and Opal since childhood. The difference between her and Opal is that she never stopped hanging out with Kai. Of course, it's not a competition though right?..... Right?
