But Clone Force 99 has been her home, the place where she belonged the most. Until they found themselves being ripped apart.

If this mission goes well, we can keep doing it until you get enough money to properly be on your own. It's not like I'll hurt you or anything. What do you have to lose?" I didn't say anything. What did I have to lose? Nothing. Not anymore. He was right, I was on my own, I hadn't eaten in days. This was the only chance I had, and if he was tricking me, well. I didn't have anything to lose. "Okay," I said finally. "I'm in."
