Every ten years, the hidden city of Arcanumvalé chooses eleven players from its different zones to compete for the throne. Each player is chosen by Time itself, based on the moment they first debuted, and each is born with a unique ability that could change the outcome of the competition.
The prize is more than a crown.
The zone of the winner will receive ten years of prosperity, wealth, and privilege, while the remaining zones are left to wait for another chance that may never come. In a city where survival depends on victory, every player is expected to fight for the future of the people they represent.
But when one of the chosen players arrives at the palace for training, everyone expects her ability to awaken like the others. Days pass, yet nothing happens.
No ability.
No sign.
Nothing.
