They stood, arm in arm as the elements wreaked war around them. Waves savagely crashed at their feet, the wind raged into swirling tornados, the earth shook and cracked below and burning flames reached out with their fiery palms.

The four teenagers seemed oblivious to the chaos.

Shadows advanced towards the group, seeping through what seemed more like a barrier than an elemental war. Their protection deemed useless against the thick blanketing fog which now rushed faster, hungrier, towards them.

One by one - the shadows enveloped each human, and as they fell, their element went with them.

Only one remained, her pitch black hair whipped around her face in a frenzy as high speed winds thrashed across the field where her fallen friends lay. Lightning flashed, targeting the forthcoming shadow which hardly faltered.

Like the others, she fell lifeless to the ground. The final crackle of electricity flashed and struck her body.

"What the hell are you doing, Decoda! We're going to die!" She shrieked. "Come on, come on!" I chanted, willing my wings into existance. Fire surrounded me and I opened my wings, appearing almost stationary in mid air only about 20 meters from the water. Before I could move them, a horrid shot of pain ripped through my wing as I fealt it tear. I shrieked and whirled around as my wings deteriorated and hit the water first. A stabbing pain in my back hit me first, then another one in the back of my head, causing my vision to black out."

Her father, Alpha of Blue Karmen Russian Pack Branch, hides this from all, including his twin children. Yet does convince other Alphas to allow their pack children to attend a mortal education together, hoping that Saiya would find her Wolf Mate before she comes of age and be taken advantage of by power-hungry beings. Her vision blurry, eyes teary, ears ringing, as her head starts buzzing from the hard impact. She watches, as the red shining droplet falls and taints everything in its own darkness. She hears muffled voices, just as she feels a tingling sensation when she realises a hand on her shoulder and it's owner. A sob leaves her lips, when she realises what she has to do. His voice sounds in her ears, as she memorizes that baritone for the last time directed to her, "Are you okay?", with care. She pulls her hand, gathering her energy as silent pained tears falls down her face concentrating her powers. Suddenly, he jerks and falls stiff on his back, unable to move his body. His eyes widened as he registers what she is going to do, all while whispering, "No, no, please don't...". Grabbing a tree, she stands up painfully slow with tears running down her face uncontrollably. She takes a step towards him and sits on his torso, as she wails for everything happened to him and for everything she could have had, but now can't. To the Gods, for cursing her with her damned destiny. He slowly cups her face, and joins their heads released from the powers unknown to her, as he comforts her, "Don't worry, we will be over this, together." Her sobs turns quiet, just when suddenly again his body jerk back in same position, as she apologize, "Sorry, but I can't be selfish enough, not for you, for me and for us." As she slams her fisted kuckles down his head again and again.
