Kimberly Archer was placed with a foster family in Miami after 11 people in their family were brutally murdered in a house fire at the age of 13. Now almost 16 years old, her older siblings Laura and Derek finally win full custody over her. So she's swept back into her old life in Archmouth, California. How will she fit in with her old family?
