After the events of Rise Of The Titans, everyone's memories about the past timeline have been restored and everything was back to normal. Well, other than Toby being the new Trollhunters that is. All that changed one night, Toby, Jim, and Claire were attacked by a strange human/troll hybrid looking thing. They were able to kill it, but Jim was bitten during the altercation which was odd since trolls weren't known to bite. The rest of the team just shrugged it off as he seemed to be fine, however, Jim quickly started to change and slowly become. . . A zombie troll hybrid!
Months later the whole town had been infected with this new virus except for the only survivors, Aja, Krel, Steve, Claire, and Douxie. Will they be able to find a cure and save their friends? Or will Arcadia be forever infested with these troll hybrids?
