Four teenagers, Tommy, Chris, Jason, and Lydia get kidnapped by a killer, named The Fallen Angel. The Fallen Angel kidnaps them in hopes to form a family that he will never be abandoned by. But Sylvester is also associated with the killer of Woodsboro, Billy Loomis, who even though he's dead, is hallucinated by everyone in the home. The story takes place in Woodsboro, the same place that the SCREAM movies took place, even starring some of the characters, from Scream 1. This takes place in 1997.
