The once unchallenged Cyclone Clan is now having to deal with a hostile take over of the city of Bangkok. Their leader, Phayu, is struggling to regain control. After losing too many men he comes up with a plan. It was supposed to be foolproof. Kidnap the enemy's child, threaten to kill them, take back their city.
