Time goes by fast

A teen boy, August, wakes up from a seven year coma. While in said coma, a scientific discovery was made, a way to not age. August stays 15 throughout the duration of his coma. When he wakes up, he finds a completely new world.
Going through lots of emotions in the hospital, but eventually going back to school, just to find out kids are really mean. School turns into a living nightmare for him. The only thing keeping him sane is his newly developed crush....
