Basically Izuku has been fused with Kim Dokja and has experienced everything in ORV only for both to finally reach the end of the scenarios and they are swapped with KDJ being fused into Izuku's original body in the MHA world and they both have to live with the loss of everyone in the ORV world....I know bad description but had to write it down before I forgot.

Izuku works at a local Cafe with his best friend, Ochako Uraraka. While Izuku is working at the Cafe, Katsuma stays in the break room, doing some work his dam gave him. Of course it wasn't hard work, but it was just some drawing thing's he could colour if he wanted or practice his words while Izukus working. ✣✤✥°o｡ When Izuku was 16 years old he has a boyfriend, he loved him very much. One night, he was at his mother and fathers house with his boyfriend. But his parents who hated Izuku, gave his Alpha permission to do whatever he wanted with Izuku while they were out. Izuku thought the Alpha loved him but... it seems as he only wanted Izuku for his Omega body. That night Izuku was raped by his Alpha, getting pregnant with his wonderful son Katsuma. Of course after that they broke up never hearing from each-other again. ✣✤✥°o｡ Katsuki Bakugo is a 24 year old Prime Alpha, around 6'3, he is also the boss of the Ground Zero organisation, or also known as the Mafia. Midoriya tells himself because he knows that this day will come, the day he will finally be free from the pain, the suffering he had been through, no one was there to lend hand to help him, not even his soulmates. They didn't know what is happening to him, they didn't know the pain that he cried for, the moments his screams were full of pain, that he can't sleep anymore because of his thoughts, that he can't eat anymore and just drink water to avoid his hunger, that he can't even smile anymore, that he was tired to himself, that he already been dead, that he saves people but people doesn't save him. Izuku's still striving for more. To save to win, win to save. Still fighting his way with Shoto and Katsuki for Valedictorian, with sleepless nights, caffeine, training and school. Still healing, picking up the pieces with permanently scarred hands and getting cut by the shards on his crooked fingers, but he's better, compared to last year. Yeah, everything feels just right...
