Basically Izuku has been fused with Kim Dokja and has experienced everything in ORV only for both to finally reach the end of the scenarios and they are swapped with KDJ being fused into Izuku's original body in the MHA world and they both have to live with the loss of everyone in the ORV world....I know bad description but had to write it down before I forgot.

Class 1-A decided to go see a movie one weekend. Once they got there, they picked out a horror movie. Midoriya has been terrified of horror movies his whole life. He decides to take matters into his own hands, or rather take Izuku into his own hands. When it ends up not helping very much, Kirishima just grabs him and they both leave.
