Sandra found herself as a natural Esper on earth, no serious backstory and no serious training, she is just an ordinary Esper. Ordinary is what she think she is, but she is actually one of the strongest Esper in the whole globe. Sandra telekinetic abilities is incredibly powerful to everyone, and cause her to be bored so easily and having no purpose on this life other than believing she is just an ordinary Esper.
