Mamuju - Kantor Imigrasi Kelas II Non TPI Mamuju melakukan pengawasan, monitoring dan evaluasi kegiatan pelayanan publik pengurusan paspor oleh Seksi Dokumen Perjalanan dan Izin Tinggal Keimigrasian pada hari Kamis, 15 Februari 2024.

Kegiatan pelayanan keimigrasian bagi Warga Negara Indonesia berupa pengurusan paspor baru, paspor penggantian habis masa berlaku, paspor rusak, paspor hilang dan penyerahan paspor.

Bagi masyarakat yang melakukan pengurusan paspor baru atau paspor penggantian habis masa berlaku diharuskan mendaftar melalui aplikasi M-Paspor terlebih dahulu sebelum datang ke Kantor Imigrasi Mamuju. Namun untuk pengajuan permohonan penggantian paspor karena hilang atau rusak dan khusus bagi Lansia dapat dilakukan secara langsung (datang ke kantor/walk-in) tanpa melalui Aplikasi M-Paspor

Pada hari ini jumlah layanan paspor yang berhasil dilayani sejumlah 4 permohonan yaitu 1 permohonan paspor baru dan 3 permohonan paspor penggantian habis masa berlaku. Dan penyerahan paspor sebanyak 8.

Kepala Kantor Imigrasi Mamuju, Andi Zulpikar Rasdin beserta seluruh jajaran berkomitmen untuk terus memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada masyarakat.

Sementara itu, secara terpisah, Kakanwil Kemenkumham Sulbar, Marasidin mendukung sepenuhnya  upaya yang dilakukan oleh Kantor Imigrasi Kelas II Non TPI Mamuju dalam kegiatan ini.

"Sehingga melalui kegiatan ini, diharapkan dapat terus memberikan pelayanan publik prima dan berkualitas kepada masyarakat yang berada di wilayah kerja Kanwil Kemenkumham Sulbar," tutup Marasidin.All Rights Reserved
