Aurelia Pearl Alvarez is a CSI Officer at the DPD. After battling her demons from her previous abusive relationship, she suddenly finds herself pining for an unexpected co-worker: Connor, an android sent by Cyberlife. Originally, she was solely focusing on domestic violence cases. Still, the recent upsurge in deviancy forced the two to keep close as they work together to handle evidence for the recent upsurge in deviant cases. Aurelia finds it challenging to keep her emotions to herself. At the same time, Connor begins to deviate from his intended programming as he starts to 'want' and 'need' the attention and praise from Aurelia.

This read has explicit language, self-deprecating humor, and jokes about suicide, and possibly more as it updates. If that's not your cup of tea, this is not for you.

Y/n Anderson is her name. Charming and overall a friendly personality, she's the embodiment of the phrase "doing great". Or at least that's what she wants the world to think. The death of her brother changed her life and it had been turned upside down. Her mother left, her father developed a drinking problem and her relationship with either of them became non-existent. She tries pulling her life together but with the sudden surge of deviants among androids she finds herself in the middle of the mess. Another change is coming and this time, it all started with a simple sentence. "Detective Anderson, my name is Connor. I'm the android sent by Cyberlife." (Or the "what if Lieutenant Anderson had a daughter" trope but with my own story) -Completed
