When the adopted daughter of billionaire Bruce Wayne decides to follow the superhero path like the rest of her family and mentors, she becomes entangled in a plot to remove the Justice League as Earth's guardians. Meanwhile, the Justice League of Earth-12 are set on solving the mystery around Vera herself. Who is she? Why are Lex Luthor II and Cadmus so interested in her? Does she have anything to do with the reason why they were brought to this alternate universe?

By day, Barbara Gordon is a computer-science major at Gotham State University. By night, she becomes Batgirl, a vigilante who was inspired by Batman's heroism. While she was out of the spotlight for a long time, Barbara is back and ready to be Batgirl now more so than ever. With the boys of the Justice League out, Diana Prince, also known as Wonder Woman, is prepared to go into battle and serve justice.
