Put yourself in the shoes of Cegar, a guy who lives over a part of the country where policemen don't usually go around, due to that, you can get to see stealing, murder, and psychos free on the streets. The story will shape itself more at the moment you get to meet an innocent guy, you'll have to show him around while he's on his visit.
