(Y/N) (L/N) was born to a Muggle Father & Witch Mother. Both parents loved and adored there son and quickly saw that he has a massive amount of magic stored within him. If (Y/N) keeps his hand on someone as they use there wand then the power of there spells increases in power till (Y/N) moves his hands off them.
