It has been six months since WICKED's raid on the Right Arm, and Thomas and the others are finally able to put their rescue plan into motion. However, when the initial plan fails, leaving Y/n still within the clutches of the enemy, Thomas must decide whether to head to the promised Safe Haven or venture into the jaws of the beast. But he knows he won't leave without his sister.
Meanwhile, Y/n must come face-to-face with her past and learn what is truly so special about her and Thomas. Will she ever even see her brother again, or is she confined to this torturous life for good?

What if... Teresa never went with Thomas when she died, but instead, got the serum and went to try to save Newt without anyone knowing. Everyone would be gone to the Safe Heaven thinking Newt and Teresa are dead. But 1 month later, Newt woke up, healthy again and cured. Newt and Teresa then make a team to try and get back to the Safe Heaven where is everyone. This is an alternative end for The Maze Runner : The Death Cure (because I'm clearly still not over Newt's death and I'm so mad that they killed him, so yeah...)
