Koski Dosify is a street racer. Piermont Bay is a small coastal town with an abandoned shipyard which many teens and young adults use as a safe haven. Protected by the mafia, these kids run races for fun and use it as an outlet for their troubles. Koski though is constantly in his brother's shadow. He works to beat his brother's record but then one day a boy comes out of nowhere and beats his brother's record like it was nothing. And to make it worse, he didn't even care that he beat it, chalking it up to that he was just better. Rei was shameless, loud, ambitious, and ignorant. All of the things that Koski hated and he'd be damned if he would deal with a kid like that smashing his brother's long held record.
