Of course Fazbear didn't want to risk lost money from just getting rid of the daycare robot, so they instead decided to allow people to apply to keep them in check. After getting fired from your previous job after lashing out at a customer, you decided to apply for the daycare mess. It shouldn't be that hard, right? You will have to survive for as long as you can, or die trying.
