Creepy pasta characters only come to life when they've gained a fanbase. The more fans they have or the more people that know them strengthens them. If it was just based on that though, jeff the infamous killer would hypothetically be the strongest but other factors play into it. So what happens when a new 'creepypasta' is introduced but they're not even a creepypasta? Y/n l/n is someone out there where not even the likes of someone like Ben can even find them. Will they ever be caught and mad a real creepy pasta? Who knows.
