Beatrice Hadley. A frail girl from the riches of District Two. Her home, her family, her pride. Her life changes in the worst way possible as it nears her fourteenth birthday. Her pride slowly vanishes along with almost all the happiness in her life.
Bea's only ever goal, only ever wish. For her brothers and sisters to live a long and good life, one that's full of wealth, love, and happiness. She hopes it will be true.

Beatrice Hadley was and still is the joint youngest ever winner of the hunger games.
The Death Match, Entertainment, God of Blood Thirst. Whatever you call it, it's not, as you may see. It's definitely scary to watch, but to be in it is a whole other level. Growing up in the academy is one of the most things prided upon in the districts one, two and four. But it's different when your training is tested.

Beatrice grew up wealthy in her district. Her family owns the most successful black smith shop in all of Panem. Training with weapons since she was three, Bea is certainly not the girl you want to mess with. A career tribute at barely fourteen.

She's lethal. Possibly the best fighter District Two has ever seen. How does she end up becoming a volunteer at just thirteen though? We'll see as the bloodiest hunger games ever to be seen unfolds.

"She won the game with 13. Youngest ever. Mary Kenner. Or better known as 'bloody Mary'. She is one of the capital's favorites. They see her as a sweet young woman. She's very kind and helpful, but some people say that she's insane." "What's so special about her besides that she's insane?" "She won the 67th hunger games. Anyone, who knows something about these games?" "Weren't those the games where there was no water?" "Yes. You did your homework. Great. Well, let me say that she drank their blood."
