Beatrice Carson (or Bea ), has never really had a stable home, growing up in the foster system in California. 
    
    After being in under the care of John Carson for 3 years, she runs away, only to be found by the police. 
    
    She is convinced she will be sent back to John, but due a new law, she in reunited with her biological family. 
    
    Beatrice doesn't know how to feel when she moves across the country to New York to live with her 5 brothers, mom and dad.
