I wrote this short passage when I was fourteen (14) years old.
My 8th grade English teacher gave us a website that had many different drawings of art and photography, and she told us to pick at least one picture that inspired our creativity and write a story on it.
This is what I wrote.
I will include the images that inspired this, however I don't remember the website we used anymore and I don't know who they are by, so I am sorry about that. The images do not belong to me. But the story does.
This is honestly probably one of my favorite things I've ever written, and considering it was written in early 2022, I still think it's pretty good. I like it. it's cute. it's symbolic.
I love the symbolism and I love that when I read it I still understand what the message is.
perhaps others don't, but I don't know. I've never asked.

Hans and Louise, his (fictional) step-sister, seek refuge from a summer storm in an old shed. There, they meet Rosalind, a lost Flower Fairy. When they decide to help her find the Butterfly Fairy boy she loves and intends to marry, she takes them into a fantastical world of Terra Sonalis, her home.
