Jane Adams is the daughter of one of the most well known and hated businessmen in the world - Jack Adams. He's careless to many, except his 21 year old daughter Jane. The hatred people have for him doesn't go unnoticed and the hatred doesn't stop at him either. So in order to keep his only daughter safe, Jack hires a body guard to be with her 24/7. And Jane is not happy about it.

Miles St. John is hired for one sole purpose - to protect Jane Adams and make sure she is safe 24/7. And he is not happy about it, he loves what he does but he knows when he's not wanted and he is most definitely not wanted by Jane. But they both have no choice, he is her bodyguard and she has to just accept it.

She's rude and snappy but only to him and he doesn't take her attitude. She can't stand the fact of being watched all day everyday and he can't stand being restricted from doing his job. That is until one incident where his skills are put to the test to protect her, this one incident changed everything. Now they have a mutual agreement and respect for each other, but with that comes growing feelings. Feelings that shouldn't be felt by either one of them but in the end, no one can truly hide how they feel.
