Glimmer Belcourt, a female tribute from district 1 is reaped for the 74th hunger games and vows to get a lot of people out, especially after President snow doubled the amount of tributes for the hunger games (which is especially odd because it is not the Quarter Quell). She falls in love with Valeria Levine from district 5. Can she win Valeria's heart and get her out of the arena? Can she get everyone she wants to out of the arena? Who will win the 74th Hunger Games.

What would happen if Katniss hadn't won the games? Well the rebellion never happened and the games continued on. This year, it's time for the 4th quarter quell and the capitol has a big surprise for the districts. There will be three games. The first game will consists of district 1-6. 3 males and 3 females will be reaped from each district to participate. 12 of the 36 will move in to a final game. Then the second game will consist of district 7-12. 3 males and 3 females will also be reaped. Again 12 of the 36 will move on to a final game.
