this is a hanahaki!
Hanahaki disease caused by unrequited or One-sided love (this story shows both) that causes coughing and vomiting of petals and flowers from a plant starting to grow inside there lungs which grows so large it makes breathing impossible leading to death. It ends when the love is returned or the victim dies. It can be removed surgically but never will be able to love
This is not an original concept but is with original characters (This is my first finished and published short story!) And it's a one shot.
