Rainbow Steve was meant to be the saviour of his realm, to save his kind from unending evils. Unfortunately, he met a terrible end, afraid for his friends, he ultimately sacrificed himself simply because of how powerless he was, with less power to change the world than his unpowered friend.
What if he had unlocked the rest of his powers before this?
What if Rainbow Steve actually had a chance to be the saviour he was meant to be?

Sabre glanced at an erstwhile Steve floating in the midair, with Rainbow Steve right beside him. 'I've never thought we could see each other again, Time Steve,' with a second glance at another see-through figure next to the glowing pelt of Time energy, he added, 'Elemental Steve.' 'Only fate will tell,' Elemental Steve replied, smiling. Time Steve floated forward, his silver eyes sparkled with pride. 'The Steve Realm owes you a thanks for your aid.' He paused as Elemental Steve held out his right hand out, a swirl of Elemental energy emitted from his palm. Time Steve looked at his brother and smiled, as well as holding out his hand. Their energy merged together as a portal formed. 'We conducted a merge of Time and Space to bring you back home, to the overworld, and we brought back something you ought to have. May our paths cross sometime.' 'Be nice and jubilant. I would like to see you in yourself again.' Elemental Steve chuckled. 'Don't worry, I will.' Came Rainbow Steve's reply.
