In the not-so-distant future, humanity's hubris led to its downfall. A cataclysmic event, born of arrogance and fueled by conflict, ravaged the Earth. Nuclear fire swept across the planet, leaving behind a scarred and desolate wasteland.

Amidst the chaos, those who could escape sought refuge among the stars. A remnant of civilization found sanctuary aboard a colossal space station known as the Ark. Here, humanity clung to survival, governed by strict laws and harsh consequences.

Generations passed, and the memory of Earth faded into legend. But as resources dwindled aboard the Ark, desperate measures were taken. One hundred juvenile delinquents, cast out for their crimes, became unwitting pioneers in a daring experiment.

Their mission: to return to the surface of Earth and determine if it was once again habitable. Among them, bonds would form, alliances would be tested, and the true nature of humanity would be revealed in the crucible of adversity.

As they descended from the heavens, they carried with them the hopes of their people and the burden of their past sins. Their journey would reshape the destiny of mankind and force them to confront the harsh realities of a world reclaimed by nature's fury.

This is the story of "The 100" - a tale of survival, sacrifice, and the indomitable spirit of humanity in the face of impossible odds.

For many years now, The Ark has kept what's left of humanity alive. But about a year ago, an engineer discovered a huge problem in the Ark's system. The Ark's life support systems are failing, and it won't be long before they run out of air and die. Hence, the current situation. These kids are being sent on a desperate mission to see if the ground is survivable again. But why kids though? Won't it be better to have the more capable scientists or guards be the ones to take this risk? The council had a lot of reasons, but the main one being: these kids were expendable, after all, they are criminals. --- This is a The 100 Fanfiction. The MC is a reincarnator. Yeah, I know. It might as well be a self-insert fic at just how much I relate my MCs to myself. Anyway... This story has been picking up dust in the corner of my WIPs. It's time to let it see the light of day. It's been so long since I started this fic, hence I will have to revisit the deepest part of my head to remember how I wanted this story to go in the first place.
