To do this he must rely on the prince of an enemy land, a thieving human, and an old love. But can Kaloe outrun a king whose intent on tracking him down, a war General bent on revenge and these confusing new feelings towards a human full of lies and tricks. Also, what's he supposed to do about King's baby he carries- the pearl of the empire.
