Where there's love, there's pain

Living in this world couldn't be more complicated and unjust. Not only are their quirks, but secondary genders to worry about. There is a social hierarchy that includes Alphas, 30% of the population., 50% Beta, and 20% Omegas. Alphas often take roles of leadership, while everyone else follows their rules.
Unfortunately for Izuku Midoriya, he was born quirkless but also an omega. It's the worst combination for any living person. Yet, Izuku never fails to break the traditional mold of omegas and achieves his dream in helping others as a doctor. What will happen when Izuku crosses paths with a certain hot-tempered hero ? Will they be able to work alongside or will their differences drive them further apart?

Charaters are not originally mine. They are from My Hero Academia. Plot is mine. Some UA SPOLIERS, I won't be referring to too many spoilers and will create my own timeline.
